Quality assurance is a major part of the
company’s operations, guaranteeing the products
performance under severe environmental
conditions for long periods. Digital Power’s
dedicated staffs of QA/QC personnel have created
a QA system that covers every activity related
to all phases of a COTS project.
Digital Power can perform
100% screening on each unit, including random
vibration & temperature cycling. Final
electrical acceptance tests can
be
performed at room and high/low temperature
tests.
Program management
Our program management is a structured procedure
based on methodological concepts drawn on the
vast experience gained through decades of
experience. The program manager is the
customer’s direct contact and is responsible for
scheduling, resolving any technical issues and
fulfilling our obligations to our customers in
accordance to the purchase
order.
On any typical
program, the program manager is responsible to:
* Coordinate the allocation of resources to meet
delivery requirements
* Define the tasks and provide priorities
* Provide updated periodic status reports
